We at 25hours Hotel Terminus Nord in Paris have used Fiber ProTector for all our chairs in the public areas as well as restaurant & bar since June 2020. They have impregnated all chairs and revitalized almost everything. After cleaning, the furniture is so easy to keep clean if you just follow the instructions. If a stain doesn't go away, they come very quickly and look at it. They are really service-oriented on site and always ensure that the task disrupts other processes as little as possible.

This year Det Norske Teatret chose to clean and impregnate the seats on the Main Stage. We are very pleased with the result. The upholstery on the 30-year-old seats is of very high quality and has always looked good. But after the treatment the textiles regained their lustre and shine, and stain removal is now very easy.

Since the autumn of 1999 we have used the services of Fiber ProTector Norge AS for the maintenance of the carpets and furniture in our lounges for travellers at Gardermoen. This has included cleaning and impregnation of carpets and furniture, as well as leather care. We are very pleased with the professionalism, quality and follow-up of the services Fiber ProTector delivers. It is important to us that passengers experience our lounges as clean and well kept.

Fiber ProTector Norge AS cleaned and impregnated the furniture in our crew area at Gardermoen. This was furniture that was impregnated in 2006 when SAS refurbished the crew room, and which had not had any form of heavy maintenance since. The furniture is upholstered in green microfibre textile. It was so soiled that we thought we would have to replace it. We called in Fiber ProTector and they gave it a full treatment. Quite incredibly it came out like new, and we have saved a lot of money through this operation.

Over the past two years we have included Fiber ProTector's services in the refit planning for our fleet. Initially working with them onboard the 6 vessels in our Eastern Channel fleet in 2023, we extended our collaboration to include our two cruise ferries operating on the Amsterdam to Newcastle route. Over the first quarter of 2024, the Fiber ProTector team successfully delivered 8 projects including the full cleaning and protection of all existing fabrics and carpets in the public space on 8 ships, and the protection of all the new materials on over 900 passenger cabins. With over 4 million passengers travelling on our Eastern Channel routes, deep cleaning was a time-consuming task — the effectiveness of Fiber ProTector's protection product has reduced this to a task that can be quickly carried out as part of our crew's daily duties. We have also seen an improvement in our customer satisfaction score.

We have had the pleasure of working with Fiber ProTector in connection with surface treatment and stain removal onboard Go Nordic Cruiseline's two ships, Nordic Crown and Nordic Pearl, and we are very satisfied with both the process and the results. The work covered both cabins and public areas. In total, approximately 6,000 square meters of carpet and around 1,000 chairs were treated — a significant scope that was handled with impressive professionalism. Our staff received hands-on training in effective stain removal and maintenance of treated surfaces — something that has already proven very useful in our day-to-day operations.
